My kiddo is celiac and pretty sensitive, and we had no issues here. They have GF crusts, rice flour, and pans they use to keep GF crusts out of the flour while in the pizza oven. Can’t swear that it’s perfect but they seemed knowledgeable and you can see what they are doing every step of the way.
