My son and I are both Celiac- we both got sick within 15 minutes of eating the 2 times we tried it. I even requested they wipe off their tortilla machine as they prepare both corn and wheat on the same equipment. No changes in our reactions. Some of their meats have a flour thickener so I was told to stick with steak.

The staff is great!! All I have to say is gluten free and they change gloves and wash hands. I have celiac and eat here all the time.

Great experience. All GF except flour Tortilla, pie and cookies. Goes through oven in individual container.

This is my go to place wherever I am. Everything is GF except flour tortillas. They change gloves and are very knowledgeable about crosss contamination. Very safe herr.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.

Not safe at all about cc, gf tortillas and gluten tortillas are cooked on the same surface, topings are cc. Wouldn't eat here if your a celiac or rly sensitive to cc, but they do have "gf" options for the less sensitive.
