Costco

Costco.com has over 117 gluten free products, I came to visit Portland for the Gluten Free Food Allergen Fest and Costco was present at the event. So excited to see many of my favorite gluten free brands (Pamela's Products, Popcornopolis, and Vega) being sold at Costco.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The rotisserie chicken in the food court is gluten free, the chickens are huge and only $4.99 as of the time of writing. Whenever we go to Costco we buy one and eat it in the food court, I’m a very sensitive celiac and never had an issue. The ice cream in the food court is safe as well (no cone, and I’m unsure about the sundae).

Costco offers miscellaneous GF options but one of the best items is the frozen pizza. A box of 3 pizzas runs about $16.00 and they are on sale often. Plain pizza and add your own toppings. I use my ninja air fryer combo and the crust turns out nice and crispy.
