Excellent experience with this restaurant! Was asked at the door about dietary requirements, handed a dedicated GF menu (which was extensive) and was served by a manager. All staff were very well informed and could answer questions. Manager talked through their process and policies before ordering. All food/drinks labelled with allergy.
Separate menu for GF, food brought out on plates labeled with GF stickers/flags. Very pleasant wait staff, and the food was lovely; no issues after eating here.
Dedicated gluten free menus. Great selection. Breakfast was very good and staff really helpful

Staff were really on it. Came to explain how they handle cross contamination in the kitchen prior to ordering, separate gluten free menu and meals delivered with allergy stickers.

They were very helpful and cautious. They fry things in a separate fryer and the manager took my order personally. Lots of options and very tasty.
We have a coeliac and dairy free child. Not a massive amount of options due to adding in dairy free but they were attentive, very aware and helpful. We ordered the burger and chips. Gf roll and chips were fried in separate fryer. His food came out with allergen sticker and so did his drink which was refreshing to see. Great service too

Very careful gluten-free and celiac menus. Vegan options also available. Large range of meals for both !!! Owned by same chain as the lounge bars

I visited here today, atmosphere is always great. I had garlic prawns on GF toast and parmesan fries. Flavours are great and fries cooked in separate frier.
We were asked about allergies as soon as we arrived. They gave me a separate gluten free menu, which was very clear and had lots of nice and interesting options. The waitress confirmed with me when ordering and when my food arrived that it was gluten free. I had the GF smash burger, it was really nice, I'll probably go again when I'm next in Coventry. It was just a refreshingly easy experience.
Really disappointing experience of Cosy Club Guildford. Bland food and over priced. Prawn Massaman curry loaded with butter beans (rather than prawns!), burger unpleasant and Tempura vegetables were a couple of broccoli spears and green beans, which were bland and oily. Was asked how the food was and was honest about the tempura vegetables to be told “well that’s what it is”….£95 not well spent. I gave a tip to the waitress as not her fault the food was a bit grim, but we won’t return.
Lovely place and a great staff. Gluten free menu with a variety of choises. My daughter said it was the best gf burger bun she’s ever tasted.
