Don’t know which rock I’ve been hiding under to have not previously heard of Cosy Club, but very glad I do now know about them. Every branch (and there are loads - same company as Lounges) has its own GF menu and the food - I had chicken, bacon and avocado salad with a side of fries - was so tasty! Our server explained that they have strict allergen protocol: a manager always takes any order from the GF menu so that they ensure a full explanation is given. My plates came out with little red flags in to denote GF and even though it’s a huge place with what must be a busy kitchen, I felt pretty confident that they’re fully aware of CC issues and, as I was absolutely fine after I ate, those protocols are clearly working. Looking forward to finding more Cosy Clubs to go to.
Gluten free menu offered with a good choice of options, gluten free toast and burger buns available. Food came with flags into to indicate allergy, staff were friendly and informative on kitchen practices- asking if you had an allergy or intolerance and explaining their processes.
Visited Cosy Club for breakfast. The friendly server checked for allergies straightaway and gave me a GF menu. She was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Lots of choice for a GF breakfast. I ordered an English breakfast which arrived allergy labelled as did my coffee. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I felt in safe hands and would happily visit a Cosy Club again.
