Excellent experience. Greeted pleasantly and seated quickly. Great Vietnamese meal. Plenty of gluten free options. Started with the crispy pork spring rolls. Have not had that in many years and it was delicious. Main course was the beef & rice noodles in broth. Very nice flavor. Also shared was Vietnamese fried rice with chicken and vegetables. This was just as delicious. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant is quite small so would recommend booking. The majority of the menu is gluten free and the owner had a very good understanding. We had fried squid, spring rolls & summer rolls for starters. For our main course we had chicken curry, sir fried beef & noddles. All of the food was delicious. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing food, lovely host! I am gluten & dairy intolerant, & vegetarian but there were many things I could eat 😊 which is such a change! Vietnamese food is naturally mostly gluten & dairy free! The food was fresh and flavoursome and the staff attentive. I wish l lived in York, I would go often!!

Wide range of gluten-free options - no separate menu but plenty to choose from, as most options are gluten-free. Just alerted server that I was gluten-free anyway to be safe.
Food was fairly good, tasted very authentic and homemade.
Service was good as restaurant wasn't busy when we visited, only 2 other tables were occupied so server was on hand ready when we needed. And the server themselves were very friendly.
Unsure of cross-contamination prevention measures, but I'd say somewhat likely because of the number of gf options available. Edit: experiencing gastro symtpoms the day after visiting, my symptoms usually express a day after being glutened - not saying it was here necessarily. Just making it known.
A decent restaurant overall though!

Virtually all the food on the menu is gluten free. My husband, who has celiac disease, was delighted to be able to choose from almost the whole menu. We had the sharing platter, and a slow-cooked beef pho. Both were delicious.
The staff were great and couldn’t have been more helpful.

A lot of naturally GF options due to being a Vietnamese restaurant - the staff were able to highlight the few items on the menu that weren't gluten free (a welcome change!) and confirmed that the kitchen had a dedicated 'gluten' space (again, a change to the norm!)
Great choice and prices, can't wait to go again!
