Cotton Southern Bistro

Stopped here on a road trip having read on this app that they had a gluten free menu. They do NOT have a gluten free menu. What's worse, the waitress had no idea what gluten was. I wanted to order the shrimp and grits but was told that it wasn't really grits but a type of pasta, which didn't make much sense. The waitress ran back to check with the kitchen about a couple of different dishes but in the end I just ordered a caprese salad.

Left after asking about a GF menu. The waitress talked to the cook who said just don't order anything with breading. Not very helpful and the menus didn't look like anything that was GF friendly! Don't waste your time.
