They had a surprising amount of gluten free options including lots of various gluten free flours! I wasn’t there long, so I can’t confirm if there was any gf regular bread/pasta but I saw lots of flour and rice noodles

There was way more gluten free grocery products than I was expecting, you’ve got a good amount of options from pastas to cookies to microwave meals

They had many GF items to choose from! Depends on what you're looking for, we were looking for stuff to make sandwiches for hiking in Big Bend. They didn't have GF Sandwich bread, but they had corn tortillas from Mexico that we used instead, very delicious!
They had GF granola bars, GF Oreos, GF crackers, GF frozen breaded fish, all sorts of things.
