They had several ciders on tap. Prior to going, I called and talked to one of the staff, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He said that the cider lines are not dedicated; however he described their thorough cleaning process. He added that the equipment that makes the cider is not dedicated either, but again, he described their thorough cleaning process. I tried 2 of their ciders, and did not get sick. They also serve food, but I did not look into their menu at all. Overall, I enjoyed my experience! *Disclaimer: I have been GF for 2 months and am still learning how my body reacts to CC.
