Country Diner

I loved this breakfast place for years, but gave them up when I became gluten free as their options were very limited . Happy to say that they now have gluten free options on their menu, notably belgian waffles and also pancakes, as well as toast. I tried the belgian waffle with fruit, it was wonderful! I will be back! I am gluten sensitive, not celiac. Round two… tried their peanut butter pancakes. They were incredibly great and I tolerated them well. Two pancakes were plenty!
