My son has celiac and we stayed for about 6 weeks in Bangalore over the summer. Based on the previous post, we were able to communicate with Chef Shravan who is absolutely amazing. We were able to have several safe gluten free meals. Chef Shravan is extremely knowledgeable and we were very comfortable. He knows about allergens and cross contamination. My son enjoyed the food and had no reactions at all. Absolutely delicious food.
I just completed a 30 day stay here, having breakfast and dinner here almost every day. The staff is fabulous and the chefs are super helpful and talented. Chef Shavran, who is just fantastic, personally took care of me and made sure every meal was gluten free and delicious. He would discuss with me what I would like to have as the main course, and then add a new twist to it every-time. The extremely talented baker made gluten free bread, muffins, and an amazing desert daily as well. If you are gluten free, this is THE place to go and eat. The hotel is fabulous as well, if you are looking for a place to stay. Just let the staff know you are gluten free and be amazed at the meals and service you will receive. Highest recommendation!!!!
