After a long road trip, it’s a bonus if your hotel has a restaurant with lots of options. Even better when you have a gluten allergy and you’re able to order regular dishes off the menu that blow you away!! Having lived in the UK and in British Columbia, we are very familiar with Indian cuisine as a go-to night out or take-out. We had no idea the Indian dishes in this place would be some of the best we’ve had in years!! We shared the Coconut Shrimp Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Mango Chicken and we couldn’t decide on our favourite. All were sensational. Staff were also really helpful about gluten issues. We would eat here even if we didn’t stay here! Well done, BW!
