We had a gf pizza here. Wasn't very tasty and it was expensive. It was prepared in a sealed bag, so it was safe, but the place was a madhouse, and it was frustrating waiting for someone to help us. Next time I would rather leave Six Flags for lunch. There are plenty of places to eat at The Rim shopping center nearby like Zoes, Chick Filet, Red Robin, and BJ'S. BJ'S has a much better pizza.
We had breakfast here and the chef came out to discuss the gluten allergy once I had ordered my meal without toast. Normally the meal I ordered would come with potatoes but she informed me their potatoes have gluten and instead replaced them with a fruit cup. She also cleaned the grill to ensure my bacon and eggs would not get contaminated. Very good and very nice!
