I was super clear about my celiac and sensitivity and they did a good job of separating our the items that could not be gluten free.

They don’t have GF options per say. All items are fried in the same fryer as gluten. I had To eat eggs by themselves. Shame because it did taste very good, but just eggs is not a good variety of GF options

Super amazing food, menu clearly marked, knowledgeable staff, great prices, and best of all a dedicated fryer for tostones and yuca. Must visit for celiac.

Stumbled on this gem of a cafe while walking around historic downtown Black Mountain. GF clearly marked on the menu. The place is small and indoor seating is very close together. There is also an outdoor patio that you access through the connecting gift shop. Did not see it so I can’t comment. You place your order at the counter and food/drinks are brought to your table. Many gf items offered. We had the mojo pork and it was delicious. Very moist and flavorful. Comes with rice, black beans and 2 plantains. We eat Cuban food fairly frequently and this was the best pork we’ve ever tasted. Portions were good for lunch. Only open until 3. I highly recommend!!
