The food was absolutely amazing. They have a separate gluten free menu which is great. They also were able to cook a dish from the regular menu with their gluten free penne pasta instead of the regular pasta. I ordered the pasta and crabmeat with the gluten free penne and it was delicious. If you’re sensitive to sauces which may contain gluten then it’s best to stick to the gluten free menu. Also, their house salad comes with a gluten free honey mustard vinaigrette. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went there for the first time tonight. Was going to order the chicken marsalena but the server advised that the sauce had flour in it. So they made me grilled chicken parm ( no breading) with gluten free pasta. Delicious.

Cousin's is a gem, friendly staff, generous portion sizes! Their house salad comes family style, does not contain any croutons, and the house dressing is gluten free. This was the first time I had salad in a restaurant in a long time since there is usually a danger of croutons getting in. I got the gf grilled chicken Parmesan, which isn't breaded like traditional chicken parm. When I called them ahead of time, the manager mentioned that items labeled "grilled" on the menu are actually broiled on their own individual plates, so I didn't have to worry about a shared grill. The chicken parm comes with brown rice pasta normally, but I got it with rice and veggies instead. I had a brief scare when I first got my plate and saw what looked like a piece of regular pasta on it, but the server was happy to take the plate back to the chef. She reassured me that the chef tasted the piece and confirmed that it was actually a bit of unmelted cheese. I was still a bit nervous as I was eating, but I had no reaction, enjoyed it immensely, and left very full!

Dedicated GF menu. Food was good and the service was decent. I gave 4 stars because the buss boy brought out regular bread when both my wife and I ordered GF. Good thing I've been on the diet long enough to know better.
