Great place. First stop when we arrived in town. Great sandwiches and 5-star on the ice cream.

AMAZING!! My husband and I got two different sandwiches and split halves. The sides were awesome too! The hometown feel and staff made it feel like home! So rare to find an awesome GF friendly hometown restaurant!

I've had to do a lot of traveling throughout Kansas this year and I dread leaving home because with every trip comes a new bout of gluten exposure that takes an week of recovery just in time for me to leave town again. I stumbled upon the Cow and Sow using this app and with my usual trepidation I gave it a shot. The sandwich I had was amazing and the owners were even more so. It was a wonderful break from a very stressful trip to Wichita and I fully intend to stop in every chance I get.

I wish I lived in Wichita, if only to allow frequent meals at Cow and Sow. They take all the precautions on the gluten free sandwich and the results are both delicious and safe. Definitely eat here.

Cute little restaurant in downtown Wichita. Very knowledgable about gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. The chef uses pans and utensils specifically for gluten allergies. Capable of making any sandwich on one of their three gluten free sandwich breads. They also have a lot of gluten free and vegan free desserts. I had a gluten free/vegan free taco. The "meat" in the taco was really tasty and you can't even tell the brownie is gluten free.

They had numerous GF options, including GF crackers for the salads and soups. I love the fact that they are focused on homemade cooking with local fresh produce! Vegan options, plus build your own sandwiches, tasty meats and delicious soups. Local salad bar had numerous options during my visit that aren't routinely seen at Wichita restaurants. Give then a try!
