Fantastic GF chicken! So excited about this restaurant....wood fired rotisierre makes for wonderful flavor. The chicken enchildas with green tomatillo sauce are awesome too but our favorite is the rotisierre chicken. Highly recommended !

I am always very nervous trying new restaurants, but had no reason to be so here. I called ahead to check about cross contamination likelihood and felt comfortable giving it a try. I got the 1/4 chicken, twice baked potato, and a side salad with the vinaigrette. It’s 4 hours later and I just thought to myself “hey! I’m not sick!” I tend to react within an hour of exposed to gluten, so the fact that I didn’t even think of it until now, and I’m still feeling good is a really good thing. Glad to be able to add another restaurant into my small rotation!

Lots of great gluten free options, including chicken enchiladas!

I’ve eaten at Cowboy Chicken at least 20 times, yes, my husband loves it that much! LOL I usually get the rotisserie chicken, green beans and sweet potato with zero issues.

Love this place! As a celiac I’ve never gotten sick. I get the elote and the sweet potato as sides. The twice baked potato’s are not gluten free. Chicken is moist!

LOVE this place. Celiac and have never gotten sick. The elote and sweet potato is a good side to get. The twice baked potato is not gluten free. Chicken is amazing.

They are not careful at all. Please be careful. Asked for no roll and a glove change and got a huge flour covered roll in my box touching everything. Means they don’t listen at all and clearly not changing gloves when you ask if they are throwing the roll in anyway.
