Now called Jack’s Crepes. I took my daughter for the first time in a while - big improvements all around! She is extremely gluten sensitive and had zero problems. Her crepe was so good that she questioned whether it was really GF - it was. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped her pick a fun drink that didn’t have any other allergens she’s sensitive to.

Jack’s Crepes has a small front, so it can be hard to find at first. There’s a good amount of seating though and the kitchen is open, so you can see them make your crepes. Request GF and they are happy to oblige. I had the Monte Cristo. Delicious!

The crepes are amazing. I got the salute and the chicken pesto to share with my husband and they were delicious. I definitely will be stopping in again if I’m in the area. The sign says jacks crepes. It’s the same place it just confused me.

This place is amazing! Got 2 Gardenia’s subbed salsa in place of the sauce and a Solute gluten free crepes and they were both delicious! Just passing through was so happy to find this gem. I’m highly intolerant and had no issues!

Delicious! We are on a road trip and decided to stop here because it looked so unique. I got the pesto chicken crepe. Glad we did! They have a dedicated celiac area so its safe.

So good! Gluten free crepes?! We had the chicken carbonara crepe (my fav) and the Italian crepe (hubby's fav) and shared them. We also got a chocolate crepe for dessert that was underwhelming, but the pancrepe we wanted (like a pancake) couldn't be made gluten free. Honestly, I was happy to hear there were some limitations because it told me they were taking allergens seriously!

I love eating here, they seem very knowledgeable and are very friendly when it comes to requesting gluten free. I have not gotten sick here as of yet. I worry as cooks change that not each one will be as careful... but so far just enjoying some great crepes

Love this place in Rock Springs, WY. Staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease. All their crepes can be made GF. And they are amazing. You can't tell them crepes are GF. I will definitely stop in if I'm on town. Coffee is good too.
