Review of Cowboy Sushi Cafe

They do not have a gluten free menu. I was told that they can make most items gf, but most rolls contain something fried or imitation crab. I ordered a vegetarian roll which came out with a sauce on it. I sent it back as I didn't trust the sauce. The sashimi was good as was the miso soup. My husband enjoyed his gluten full gyoza and cowboy sushi. As a really sushi lover there was not a big selection of my favorites which is why I gave it 3 stars. They do have a gf chocolate cake, which I did not try.
