Review of Cowtown Sushi

Two stars because I called them and they said they do not have anything gluten free, nor do they have GF soy sauce. While I believe they COULD make some items gluten free- I don’t recommend eating here if you have celiac disease. If the restaurant doesn’t know what gluten is- steer clear!! I am thankful this restaurant admitted they did not have GF options/didn’t know what it was. :)
