They understand about gluten-free intolerance and celiac and will do everything they can to make you a gluten-free meal. I ordered lo saltado and tested with my Nima sensor and it came positive for gluten. Than I told them and they realized they forgot to remove the potato that is fried and they made another plate for me without the potatoes. I tested again and it came clean of gluten.
