Review of Coyote Crossing

Pleasantly surprised by our meal. We used to come here a long time ago for dinner, but stopped because the food wasn't so good anymore. Then I saw Coyote Crossing listed here and figured we'd give it a try. Most of the menu is gluten-free and every dish we all ordered was fantastic. We will definitely go back. Plus the restaurant is gorgeous!

5/16/17 update - the fryers are not gluten-free. After speaking with the manager, they fry the cheesecake (which has flour in it) in the fryers even though I have been told numerous times that the fryers were safe by the wait staff. The manager assumed that the little bit wasn't enough to make people sick and that the temperature of the fryer would be enough to deal with the Gluten (which is scientifically untrue since gluten is a very stable protein from a biochemical standpoint). I won't eat anything from now on that comes out of the fryer. Be careful to ask about your meal because I discovered quite a lot of items are fried that you would never think were.
