Review of Coyote Crossing

The menu has items labeled as GF but upon speaking with staff they do not have a dedicated fryer and all the chips are fried. We discussed back and forth and almost all the items that are listed as gluten-free actually are contaminated. For someone with Celiac, that is incredibly misleading and dangerous. Even the tacos I ordered had to go back because they had fried crumbs in the meat. If I had believed their labels, I would have gotten sick.
