Review of Craft 31

I’d love to give this restaurant a greater review… They will provide you a gluten free menu that is so large, that it covers a front and back page! So many options from burgers and sandwiches, to pizza and dessert. However, before I knew there was a separate menu, I told my waitress that I had a gluten allergy and asked which of the pizzas can be safely made gluten free. She stared at me confused and asked, “What do you mean by safely?” She then handed me the GF menu and said to order from it. I got the BBQ chicken pizza (she noted on the ticket that it was an allergy). I was not feeling well after eating there. (Not a reaction to dairy) It’s a shame because the crust was very good.
