Tell your server that you have a gluten allergy and the chef makes sure to keep it safe!
While the pizzas are out, many of the other items are gluten free. The fryer is used for gluten ingredients, but they were willing to modify preparations for dishes with gluten or to provide a fitting substitute for gluten in dishes. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free eating, and was able to answer all my questions about preparations. They feature a rotating menu of seasonal items, but there was plenty of delicious gluten-free food as of April 2014.
