The manager, Paul, takes food allergies seriously. He came out and talked to me and told me what was safe to order. The server, Nicole was great. She wrote in big letters "gluten allergy" on my orde, and made sure my meal was safe. My food was brought out separately, and not with everyone else's. They left off the bread and sauce. I would eat here again.
