Went in the afternoon so lots of things had sold out but there was no queue. Had an amazing banana eclair and a vanilla cream cake. The real highlight for me though was the cinnamon muffin I bought to have for breakfast the next day. Totally amazing.

In our shops in Amsterdam and Almere we sell the very best gluten free croissants, breads, cookies and pastries you can find anywhere. We started our gluten free bakery because we had enough of all the poor tastes and quality of gluten free. In our shop you’ll only find the best of the best. If it ain’t good enough… we won’t sell it! Where possible our products are also lactose free or even vegan.

Try to go early or make a reservation online first. They sell out pretty quickly. Especially in the weekends
I went there at 2 pm (hours say 10-4) and it was closed. I wasn’t sure if it was closed for good or just the day. Reviews here seem to indicate they were open a few days ago. Bad luck on my part.

They are 100% gluten-free, their croissants and breads are amazing. It is best to go early, they often run out. I ate there multiole times with no problems.

Best gluten free bakery I have ever been to! Recommend getting there early as I had to wait in a line for an hour but it was worth it! Had chocolate croissants, chocolate chip muffin and cookie. The bread looked amazing too. Allergens are listed and was clear about gluten free oats

The best gluten free croissants I’ve ever had in my life! Out of great gf bakeries in Italy, France, the U.S., this is by far the best. My non gf friends confirmed they were generally great croissants. Really lovely staff as well.

My daughter was very happy, with so many fresh choices all gluten-free, the most tasty croissant cheese she had since 1.5 years and also we bought baguettes, cookies, bread and pastry. The staff was friendly and prices were normal.

A little bit out of the way if you are staying central. Looked close to the Rijksmuseum but ended up being a 20 min walk. Lots of different croissants, cannoli, and breads. Very nice people. Pastries were good. Not a lot of room to sit.

The Chocolate and almond croissants were possibly the best glutenous or gluten free croissants my friend and I have ever had and still freshly warm at 11.30! There was no fear of cross-contact and everyone was super lovely - will definitely be coming back before we leave Amsterdam!

Everything here is gluten-free! The croissants were incredibly delicious, especially the almond croissant—it was amazing! You have to come early, though, or they sell out. I still need to try the chocolate croissant!

highly recommend trying their croissants, they’re truly that good! I also got a small tartelette and a chocolate chip cookie which were unfortunately both a bit underwhelming compared to the croissant.. Also, be prepared to be waiting in line; we went there on a weekday shortly after they opened and it still was a 20 min wait..

this meal was euphoric. literally the best pastries I ate in Amsterdam (and honestly a lot of other parts of Europe as well). we tried the pistachio koekje, the regular, chocolate, and ham + cheese croissant, and the stroopwaffle.
It was my last day so I did not try any of the bread, but it looked WONDERFUL and smelled even better.
The croissants are so, so worth it. I got in line around 9:50am on a weekday, and the line didn’t stop until about 10:30am - with people continuing to trickle in afterwards.

Had fantastic gluten free chocolate croissant that were buttery and crispy. They had rolls, muffins, pastries, and mini pies that were all GF. I am a celiac and had no reaction.

Amazing! Definitely worth the little walk from the subway (which was very easy to take). For on our last day so I knew I had something safe to eat on my flight. Would pay overnight shipping to Canada!!

I was so happy I was able to go here on my visit to Amsterdam. Waited outside in the queue for nearly an hour but totally worth it! I got a croissant and a muffin which were incredible I should have got more! 100% well worth a visit!

Totally worth the wait. We had to wait for 30 minutes outside in a queue. It was totally worth it. The croissant is heavenly! I haven’t eaten croissant since my diagnoses (celiac) since 2018😍 wonderful service and wonderful bakery🤗
