Have great GF pasta options. Just tell them you have a gluten allergy and they note it and it is cooked separate. Had no issues at all.

The tortilla chips are fried on the same fryer as all their other breaded apps, but our wait staff did offer different app options for the spinach dip (gf bun or veges). They have gf pasta and I did confirm that it is boiled in a different water pit than the regular pasta. I had the shrimp scampi fettuccine.

I have eaten here three times since moving to Brookings. Not only is the service always excellent, but they are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating about gluten-free needs. The food is always delicious, and I've never gotten sick....not even a smidge of discomfort. I hear they make gluten free cheesecake occasionally. I can't wait!!

I'm staying in De Smet (SD) and there aren't a lot of food options around, period, not to mention GF. After reading reviews, we decided to give Craft a try. I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables and our waitress did check with the kitchen to make sure it was all safe for me. It's been a couple hours and I feel fine. The food itself was delicious. I would definitely order it again!

No separate GF menu- but server, who was very nice, got one of the chefs to come out because she was unsure of what could be modified on the menu. Not a GF kitchen, but they took extra precautions prepping our meal. Only thing keeping from a perfect rating is staff didn’t know what celiac was (at least she said so and asked) and the menu stated that they had gf bread but they did not (so all sandwiches were a no go.) No reaction.

No gluten free menu but most things can be made gluten free. They have GF pasta and bread and the best cheesecake. Lots of options and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Craft has gluten free pasta as well as a deperate menu for alergies such as gluten, vegan, ect.
