Review

Craftboro is brewing and serving the first local gluten-removed beer. And it is delicious! A great tasting, local gluten-free beer!! Available on tap! It’s an IPA, called Lauren’s Shadowbox. What a treat to be able to go out with friends and be able to enjoy a rich, hoppy craft beer too. So much better than being forced —again— to settle for a cider. Hooray for Craftboro. Thanks for caring about us gluten-free folks!

PS- they often have food trucks on weekends that also have gluten-free offerings, though not necessarily a perfectly celiac-pure kitchen space.
