Very good 12” gluten free pizza crust. I like it better than the 10” inch cauliflower crust. Pizza was amazing. Besides pizza, non-gluten choices are limited.
We go all the time and I’ve never been glutened there. They don’t always have it but the Detroit style gluten free crust is amazing. Their wings are good I stick with dry rub or Buffalo just to be safe. We generally sit in the bar and all the staff in the bar are long time employees and knowledgeable. I have hashi but get DH or hives from gluten. Haven’t tested for celiac but I know when I’ve been glutened.

I asked about cross contamination and she wasn’t sure what I meant. I asked about pizza cutters and safety with prep and in the oven. She said they use all of the same cutters and they don’t keep things separate. Not safe for celiac.
This was the best gluten free pizza I’ve had in my 10 years being gluten free! There is no cross contamination! Service was excellent!
