Only gluten is the bread. Loved the ribs and brisket with their smoke rings and tenderness! Potato salad & pudding were tasty too.

Delicious food, it's so nice to feel that you can eat anything on the menu (no bread of course). Very tasty!!! I had the brisket platter and potato salad and Cole slaw with it. Yummy!!!

Really good BBQ, sides and sauce! Everything is GF except the bread. Yummy pudding. the potato salad is unique and delicious.

everything but the bread is gf. the brisket I had was so moist and tender. it melted in your mouth. everything was great!! only bad thing..... their hours. who is only open from 11-3 with that great tasting food. and they're closed Sun and Mon. so plan for lunch and go early. its well worth it.

Owner said a family member has celiac, so they are very knowledgeable and careful about gluten. Our daughter had the 1/4 chicken with no problems. The pulled pork was excellent as well.

Loved eating here. I had chicken, beans, corn, bbq sauce. They said I could have just about everything except the bread. The sweet tea is great also. Real pit bbq is the best!

When I mentioned gluten intolerance, the owner was very knowledgable, asked me a few questions, then told me which menu items were safe. The barbecue was delicious!
