Tasty with a good GF selection. I always have to stop here when I visit my daughter.
Amazingly good!
I thought this was more of a sit down restaurant. It’s counter service, more like a Starbucks with some seating available. Don’t let this fool you!
Any sandwich can be made gluten free. The sandwiches are unbelievably good. I’m not sure what the bread is made of, I feel like it’s cheesy. Whatever it is, it’s delicious and fresh. They have lots of gf pastries too. I bought a scone and pumpkin crème pie
This is a must have. Buy all the things to go. Did I mention how good it is?
Let’s put it this way…food so good and prepared with care for gluten allergies or celiac that it could convince you to move here! Came two days in a row. BLT sandwich on their gluten free bread (amazing!) and a lemon blueberry scone for breakfast (just now!). The scone was light, fluffy and delicious. Had you wanting to make sure it was actually gluten free! Highly recommend that if you are in the vicinity, you work a stop here into your schedule. 😋
The best gluten free breakfast sandwich and scones I have had, and didn't seem to have any reaction to anything. I do have some concerns with safety, they had the GF baked goods within inches of the gluten-containing items, and even packaged up my items on top of the empty area from the sold gluten items.
Ordered a gluten free scone and a croissant that contained gluten. They put the croissant on top of the gluten free scone in the bag. I had already asked them to keep them separate. I then asked them to give me another scone that wasn't cross contaminated. They charged me for both even though the scone couldn't be eaten because of cross contamination!! By the way, the croissant was awful and went in the trash.
There is gluten free bread available for every breakfast sandwich and it is fresh, crisp, and tasty. I also tried some cupcakes and a scone- I’m not usually a cupcake person but the frosting was light and not too sweet, the cake was moist and fluffy, and each different flavor cupcake was wonderful.
When ordering a sandwich gluten free they ask if you have celiac and then presumably prepare it separately. My sandwiches were in a separate to go bag from the gluten sandwiches and had an extra wax paper covering. I had the north shore and whole hog on their herb and cheese bun, both were delicious.
Sandwiches and latte were incredible!!! They even have gluten-free oat milk🙌🏼 the gluten-free bread is out of this world, highly recommend! The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free items as well
Soooo delicious! I had an egg sandwich with Boursin cheese and pepper jelly. I added ham, which made it even tastier. Also had an iced oat milk latte. The cashier made note on the order that it was celiac. Service was fast.
Very good gluten free sandwich bread. Bad “Vietnamese coffee.” Bad iced white chocolate drink. Macarons were an abomination. (Which they forgot and I am glad and sad I checked the bag before driving away)I assumed white chocolate macarons would be white. These were an atrocious blue color! They tasted nothing like a macaron. Hard to bite through. The cost of the 2 drinks and macarons we threw out left us in sorrow.
Crave is by far my favorite breakfast spot. I’ve been coming here for over three years and never had an issue. Almost everything is gluten-free except the croissants. Owner’s mother has celiac disease so they get it and take cross-contact seriously. Dedicated kitchen space. Cupcakes are outstanding and the North Shore breakfast sandwich is phenomenal on their homemade GF bread!
Love this place. I have severe celiac. So cross contamination is an issue, and the ingredient lists I always have to check for any hidden gluten. I have NOT have a reaction here at all! Amen here at least a dozen times now. You MUST try the Crave sandwich, with their house made GF garlic heard croissant/flatbread. It’s amazing.
They also have a whole case of deserts. Separate from the non-GF items. Cookies, scones, cupcakes, ect. All amazing.
Their breakfast sandwiches are addictive. My father (who claims to hate gluten free food) didn’t even know the difference when he had their cupcakes!
The staff is always incredibly friendly and the options are amazing.
Just had one of the most amazing GF breakfast sandwiches ever! It was made with a homemade herb-cheese bread. The staff’s first question was if was an allergy or a preference. They have a separate prep area. They were super nice and very knowledgeable. I also took a blueberry-lemon scone to go, and that was moist and delicious.
This place is awesome!! A visit to Crave has become our newest tradition since our oldest decided to attend Endicott! Delicious sandwiches, amazing cupcakes....all GF!! Calm atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for giving those of us with Celiac a safe place to go for a yummy treat!! 😊
Many items can be made gluten free and I was informed their macarons and cupcakes are gluten free. I became very ill after eating them, so there was some cross contamination or something that occurred.
Hello Amber, we are very sorry to hear this we have a very good reputation for not getting anyone sick. We wanted to hear a little bit more about your experience and what exactly got you sick? We also don't make our macarons in house, they are made for us in new york city, not sure if something happened on their end. Would you consider giving our cupcakes another try? On the house as a test? I really appreciate this review and the feedback, without it we can never improve. My name is Ron I'm one of the owners here at Crave, it would mean allot if you could please reach out to me directly at [email protected] so we can schedule a day for you to come by and pick up some stuff to test out.
