The servers usually ask if you have any allergies. I'm not sure how much selection they have, but their bbq/steak sauces are all gluten free, and my only reason to go here is to eat steak.I always gets steak on a hot stone. Yes, you kind of cook it yourself, but their cuts of steak are amazing. Or, dont order it on a hot stone, and have them cook it. They are great either way.
