This has been the best food I’ve had in a week - gluten free for celiac friendly! Dedicated pasta stations, nice people, delicious food, and great decor. If I lived in the Memphis area, I’d be eating here weekly!

They make gf pasta to order in the back in dedicated pots, have dedicated strainers, and utensils. One of the cooks is celiac. My pasta carbonara was delicious! My non-gf husband had the lasagna. He said it was not your typical lasagna, but delicious!

Not overpriced! High quality ingredients finally pasta and sauces that you'd make it home. This is a very good place if you like authentic Italian food. Everything tastes more like Italy than some of the higher end Italian restaurants I've been to. It has a feel of fast food but the quality is all in the food the sauces and the pasta. Absolutely delicious they know a lot about gluten free they cook it in separate water they use separate utensils I've been there several times no issues. Almost all the sauces are gluten free and they are delicious

Staff was very knowledgeable and they have dedicated prep areas. More importantly, it’s delicious!

The food is over priced for the portions even if it was good food; which it’s not. Mine and my sons gf dishes were served a good 7-8 minutes after everyone else’s (they do say gf food takes longer but it still needs to come out at the same time, or ask if it’s ok to stagger). Everyone’s food balance was WAY off. The gf pasta was under done and crunchy, broccoli was over done, my husband LOVES garlic and yet they managed to put too much into his dish (something I’ve never heard of in 10 years of knowing him); the tea is one tea bag per 5 gallons of water; the carbonara is scrambled eggs with diced ham and too much pepper, the only thing we had with close to the right balance of flavors was the bolegnase and even then the meat in it was very dry. There’s no way we’d ever go back.

Delightful surprise in Cordova ! Love this site which found me a great new restaurant that opened a couple of weeks ago. Gian Paolo makes you feel very welcome. Pleasant decor and nice music track for one cool lunch. Salad fresh and light vinaigrette topping. Fantastic selection of gluten free items.

Amazing food!!!!! You can get any pasta dish with gluten free spaghetti noodles and I am in LOVE!!!! I ordered Fettuccine al Ragu' alla Bolognese (with GF spaghetti noodles ) .....to die for!!!!! Husband is allergic to onions so he chose spaghetti alla Carbonara (with GF spaghetti noodles) and was very pleased as well. We drove from Far East Olive Branch to try this and trust me- we will be back!! Additionally, you can buy pasta sauces to go!!! No pizza here- just pastas, salads and desserts. Yumm!!!!

I went for lunch with my friend and I ordered gluten free pasta but my pasta looked just like my friends who was regular gluten pasta and I got sick ! She was not impressed with her salad nothing but greens and dressing no vegetables, hard bread and so so pasta.Will not be going back !

Fantastic, I wish I could give them 10 stars. They even had dessert, it was all so delicious and the owner Daniele was very helpful! I would eat here again and again!!!

This is such an awesome little restaurant! We loved our meals, and will definitely visit again! I'll preface this by saying: I appreciate that this restaurant really understands food allergies, and offers a great menu that is difficult to find at a lot of other places. Earlier in the evening, we tried to have dinner at several other restaurants, but had no luck since none of them offered a gluten free option that was safe for my allergy. I used the "Find Me Gluten Free" app, and this restaurant came up as a suggestion, so we decided to try it out. Not only do that have a wonderful regular menu, but they're able to make most things on that menu gluten free if you ask! My fiancé and I both had the Pasta alla Carbonara, and it was wonderful; the portions are a good size, so we took half home for later. Everyone from the person who took our orders, to the guy who waited the tables were so friendly. I also liked how clean and bright everything was, and that their prices were reasonable for the quality of food they offer. This is how restaurants should be run!

Wonderful homemade gluten free pasta. Authentic Italian cuisine. Yummy salads and great service. My kids love it!
