Never a problem eating here. Staff is very knowledgeable about which items are gluten fre and which are not.
Pretty sure the chefs didn't take the steps needed to avoid cross contamination. The manager even tried to convince me to try a sweet and spicy sauce without even looking to confirming what the ingredients were. I refused to eat it, but still ended up getting glutened.
The staff here are very careful about cross contamination and provide gf soy sauce. Lots of sushi items to choose from.
