Absolutely incredible, and all gluten, dairy, and soy free. Truly some of the best allergen-friendly desserts I’ve ever had!
After discovering gluten and dairy intolerances in 2020, the search for delicious baked goods and ice cream felt impossible. Most baked goods were dry, crumbly, and flavorless, while the ice cream options were either watery or dairy-free but included gluten mix-ins. Just as I was ready to give up, I came across Creme De La Crop—and it was a game changer. My husband and I ordered ahead and made the trip to Herndon, and I’m so glad we did.
Olivia, the owner, is an absolute delight, and her baked goods and ice cream are nothing short of phenomenal. For the first time, I didn’t feel like I was missing out. The baked goods are moist, bursting with flavor, and always fresh. The ice cream is creamy, rich, and comes in a variety of flavors.
But the magic doesn’t stop there—Olivia’s ice cream sammies (ice cream sandwiched between two decadent, perfectly paired cookies) and cake jars (layers of cake, ice cream, and other mix-ins) are out of this world. Her ability to craft exceptional flavor pairings is unmatched, and it’s clear that every item is made with love and joy. I highly recommend Creme de la Crop!
There's never been a better time in history to be cursed with gluten and dairy allergies. Life was made infinity better by Creme de la Crop's entrance to the world. Everything she touches is golden. There's never been a better GF/DF ice cream sandwich to ever exist. And you'll never find a boring flavor!
Fabulous gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan ice cream and sorbet. Open only on Saturdays in Herndon. Delicious, some unusual flavors (pear sorbet, pumpkin patch ice cream, grasshopper ice cream among others today). Pricey, but very safe for those of us who need to be careful and cautious about food. Spreading the word!
