I had ice cream from here twice. I was told all the ice cream is gluten free and each one has its own scoop. There is a small risk of cross contamination because they use cones. I am very sensitive and didn’t react and they kindly washed the scoop for me before using. I watched them serve other people with cones and they don’t touch the cones with the scoop. Oh and gorgeous ice cream!
