Stopped at this spot on our road trip. The owner was there and super knowledgeable about gluten, very attentive and eager to learn. They have a dedicated fryer for gf options, but unfortunately the staff who is still training had crossed contaminated fryer when we visited. I was just appreciative that he was aware and warned me. Most dishes on the menu can be made gf. Delicious tasting food made with care and love.
