I adore this place and will definitely be back! Truly a hidden gem of the Tri-Cities. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and informative. They can make essentially everything on the menu gf and vegan. Vegan cheeses and milks, meat substitutes like jackfruit, soy curls, lions mane and king oyster mushrooms, and they only use avocado oil (no lard in any dishes).
I got the quesabarria with jackfruit which was delicious (if not a little heavy-handed on the vegan cheese but that’s just preference). Really want to try out the crepes sometime.
They didn’t have a separate allergen menu, but it sounds like they’re working on making one, and in the meantime they were very willing to answer questions and give suggestions.
