The staff was very kind and took me very seriously when I said I had celiac. GF items not marked on menu, but ask and they will tell you. The waitress informed me that the ingredients were GF but that they shared the frying surface with non-GF items. Upon asking, they said they could clean it. The GF crepe is made out of Yucca flour and was absolutely delicious! Be sure to ask for some salt/caramel sauce, by far the best sauce I’ve ever tried!
