Even though the crepes are gluten-free, they use sauces which aren't gluten-free. Also, she asked me in the beginning how server I react to gluten, since they don't use separat kitchen items. She seems quite knowledgeable about the risks and she told the staff to clean the crepe-pan before doing my crepe. There were almost no customers at the time. I think if it's busy the risk of cross contamination is a lot higher.

A lot of gluten free options available, both savory and sweet. Their galettes are made with buckwheat. I had the soup and mushroom, spinach galette and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about what did and did not have gluten. Prices were very reasonable.
