I have to eat gluten free which limits my options. The staff here were great this evening and fully understood the options and were eager to adapt. Our gallettes were superb, mine included smoked salmon, goat cheese & creme fraiche and was a great meal in itself. My wife's was also good loaded with ham, pesto, tomatoes & mozzarella. For dessert, they adapted a sweet crepe option for me with a galette. Gallettes all made with Black wheat, Ble Noir, Sarrosin which are all Buckwheat and gluten free.

As a local French, I'd say that ''pancake'' is not the right translation. Typical crepes from Britain. 100% gluten free. You can also ask for a gluten free one as a dessert. Ciders to drink. And pretty savory!
