The galettes are all gluten free , crepes are NOT. But you can ask them to make the galettes sweet with all the choices of the crepes . My favorite option when I am in Versailles

Ich habe dort Galettes gegessen. Diese wurden aus Buchweizenmehl gemacht. Sie waren sehr lecker und es ist eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Belägen vorhanden. Gerne komme ich wieder.
