They offer both gluten and non gluten crepes. Lots of options to choose from for toppings. Seems to be the gluten is freshly made but non-gluten is a pre-made crepe. Very nice.

Only thing is they have add ons like oreos and mnm’s. So maybe chance for cross contamination
