Not sure why so many celiac's are saying this is safe. Even after specifying gluten free they made my buckwheat galette on the same pan that had just been used for a wheat crepe.
No understanding of cross contamination, and just the same offer as all creperies (that do galettes too - which are always buckwheat) with jacked up prices.
Real shame as it was delicious but I had a severe and immediate reaction.
