Review of Crepes and Crazes

Decided to try this place for breakfast after all the great reviews. I also called ahead first. They do have a separate gf place to make crepes, but everything is prepared in the same area. Word of warning: the waitress told us All the crepes could be make gf, they even had gf topping like pretzels etc. However, I asked about other ingredients that were naturally gf (fruits, veggies, etc) if they were kept separate for the gf options. Because I was concerned about cross contamination if they were reaching into ingredients while making regular gluten crepes. She said no, they were not separated and they had never thought of that possibility of contamination. They did accommodate us and opened fresh blueberries to make a simple crepe for my kids. They also couldn't tell me what specifically was in their homemade cream they serve with them. Long story short, they were accommodating, but ask questions and make sure ingredients you choose are safe.
