They can make crepes with a gluten free batter, but the servers don't know a thing about gluten. I ordered a chicken crepe and asked the waitress (in Spanish) whether it had gluten. She confirmed it did not, since it could be made with a different flour.
I also asked if the sauce was made with gluten-containing starches, and she assured me it was not. A few minutes into eating, she comes back to tell me that the sauce was indeed made with wheat flour. Perhaps the cooks know the difference, but don't trust the servers.
