Review of Crepes Paulette

I will start by saying that I wish this restaurant was a national chain. I loved everything about it. We went on Mother’s Day and they were impressively organized. Thanks to another review that I read here I stuck with a savory ham and cheese crepe to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The sweet crepes are not gluten-free which is indicated on the menu. While a savory crepe can be substituted for a sweet crepe, I chose to play it safe. When I ordered I was assured that gloves would be changed and proper precautions taken. My crepe was hot and delicious. It was a lovely start to a great day.
