We take celiac family to Crescent Ridge whenever they visit, and have never had any trouble. The staff are very aware of allergen issues (we have nut allergies in our family as well) and are super. They use clean scoops in freshly-opened containers, and wear gloves.

We went Friday night. The employee washed the scoop and scooped from a different container. And she was happy to do it! We did not get sick.

Unfortunately all the ice cream had corn syrup in it. So they didn't have any gluten free options we could try
