Even though they don’t have a gluten free menu our waitress Sabrina was able to guide me through the menu. The fish is fried with Zatarans fish fry and cooked in a separate fryer. They also cooked my fries in that fryer when I asked. We will definitely visit again!!

Shared a steak with my hubby but our server assured us that the fried items would be okay - we are also allergic to shellfish and she made note of that as well. Mostly Cajun style food. We don’t usually try little mom and pops (even pre-celiac) but we were quite pleased.

Call in advance of your visit and they will purchase gluten free pancake mix! They have paleo gluten free options for every meal and dedicated kitchen space. Server will even wash her hands prior to your fresh cut salad and veggie preparation. I have eaten here at least ten times and have never been Cross contaminated. Owner is gluten free!
